Dealing with Theft & Vandalism
In one recent deployment area, a flash flood event threatened core infrastructure at a critical network junction. Within hours of alert, our trained response team supported by real-time monitoring tools and internal escalation protocols was on site with generators, pumps & protective equipment. Using our pre-mapped asset database, we were able to isolate the risk, reroute resources, and restore full uptime within the same operational window.
We’ve also responded to equipment theft and cabinet tampering, deploying tamper-proof solutions, on-site CCTV, and layered security configurations. Fire risks, particularly during summer months near dry verges, are mitigated with fire-resistant cabinet installations and thermal-triggered safety features.
Our dynamic response system is underpinned by a mix of real-time monitoring, GIS asset tracking, accredited personnel, and proactive contingency planning. All field engineers are trained in emergency protocols and health & safety standards, enabling safe, rapid deployment in challenging conditions.
