Not all Broadband is built the same
Our G.Fast services use Openreach’s next generation access network to connect your home or office to our premium network. It’s unmetered, uncapped and unrestricted. Perfect for a busy home, the ultimate gaming setup or a productive homeworker.
Ideally landlines will need to be under 300m in length from the street cabinet.
We will include a G.Fast Modem and engineer installation. If you already have a wireless router, We can provide you over the phone or remote support to change the login credentials over. If you need a new router, please let us know. If you need any help or advice, get in touch via live chat or call 0800 6 102 109
It’s available in key areas nationwide. Openreach started deploying G.Fast alongside FTTC where the majority of homes and businesses have short phonelines. Perfect for areas where FTTC is congested, G.Fast uses a different network technology and takes your line away from congested cabinets.
Due to the nature of the new technology, line length is very important. G.Fast will unfortunately not work on lines longer than 300m. Please make an order to receive a free survey to determine your expected speeds.
Corona Virus Information
It is important to let us know if you contract symptoms of COVID-19 prior to any arranged home visit by one of our engineers. Please also let us know if you suspect that you may have come into contact with COVID-19 or are presenting with any COVID-19 symptoms. This allows us to keep you, our other customers and our engineers safe.
We use Openreach, BT Wholesale and TalkTalk Wholesale to supply our broadband services to your doorstep. This means your landline will be used to connect via the traditional telephone network and onto our edge network and onto the internet. This might not provide a substantial increase in speeds however it will provide better network stability, less peak time congestion and better customer support.
