We’ve got some exciting news about your local broadband network, this page will explain why the network is being transferred, what to expect and what is required for a continued service.

SWWISP started 9 years ago and has expanded across West Sedgemoor, As you may know, Jim & John have been instrumental in building a network that connects homes and businesses to faster broadband. They have played a huge part in children’s homework being completed online, the reason Alexa answers your questions and those frequent late night Netflix binges, but time has come for some well deserved time off.

WestNetworks Innovations, trading as WestWiFi was starting in a similar way two years ago, we’ve since grown across multiple locations with many more in the pipeline. We began providing operational resources to SWWISP in November 2019 and have been on-call, resolving faults ever since. We’ve agreed to continue the network following SWWISP’s closure and continue the service – like for like. This means there will be zero changes to service, speed, usage or price.

Payment and banking details will change and support can be raised by calling 0800 6 102109 or emailing support@westnetworks.co.uk. We’re available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. In order for a continued service, Please arrange with Jim & John to have your account migrated over to us before the 30th of April 2020.
